Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
The original receipt must be provided.
Important Notes:
The amount eligible for a exchange will be based on the price at the time of purchase.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer in exchange cases.
Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 14 working days.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Please note that Nighties, Panties, Cosplays, and Bodystockings are not eligible for exchange or return.
